DURING YOUR VISIT
-
Please plan your day so that you can be 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time.
-
This is important as the first few weeks will be an experiment in daily operations and with extra cleaning time we will have extended days and need to stay on time as much as possible.
-
-
We are allowing 45 minutes between appointments until further notice to ensure we are thoroughly disinfecting for every client.
-
Stay in your vehicle and text your therapist when you have arrived. Please do not text 816-600-4421 as this only forwards to Lorna's personal phone and if you are seeing a different therapist they may not receive the message. Our personal cell numbers are:
-
Lorna: 816-797-3925
-
Kelli: 816-807-1978
-
Alexis: 720-318-1450
-
-
When you have been notified it is ok to enter the building your therapist will open all outside doors for you so wait for someone to meet you at the door.
-
Bring as few belongings into your massage as you can to prevent juggling too many things along with your personal PPE items.
-
Put your face mask on and bring your personal hand sanitizer if you have it. If you need a mask notify your therapist of this in your arrival text so they can bring one to the door for you.
-
Ensure you have completed your COVID Waiver and 24 hour Health Intake Update Form online.
-
When you reach the door your temperature will be taken with a no touch forehead thermometer.
-
After entering the lobby head straight to our hand washing station at the back of the office. *If you need to use the restroom handle that first using sink in bathroom for handwashing.
-
Head directly to massage room where your therapist will be waiting to review NEW massage room etiquette with you along with your massage needs that day.
